If you’re wondering which celebrity you might cross paths with for the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival, here’s a list of the who’s who of Hollywood who are expected to be in town to promote their movies.
As the festival runs from September 8-18, there will be a whole plethora of films that are expected to highlight the festival. George Clooney’s The Ides of March will premiere, as well as Coriolarus directed by and starring Ralph Fiennes and co-starring Gerard Butler. W.E, Madonna’s directed film will premiere, as well as Brad Pitt’s Moneyball, and Jennifer Garner’s Butter (which includes an exceptional cast). Ryan Gosling’s Drive is on the list, as well as Machine Gun Preacher starring Gerard Butler. Oh, and George Clooney’s The Descendants where he plays the father of two girls who has to step up to the plate when his wife is killed in a boating accident. Let’s not forget about David Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Method with Viggo Mortensen (love him).
Will all these famous folks be in town? I sure hope so, especially those with more than one film premiering (George and Gerard). It’s always an exciting time around the city, and you never know who you might just bump into. So stay tuned everyone, cause my eyes and ears are open!
