Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt just made headlines over their engagement and Angelina’s stunning ring but it seems the bloom is off the rose and their wedding is in jeopardy! According to the In Touch Weekly, Print Edition May 7th, the knife collecting bombshell wasn’t so keen on the idea of sharing the spotlight with her soon-to-be in-laws. She threw a Mr. and Mrs. Smith-sized tantrum when fiancé, Brad Pitt, suggested hosting a double wedding with his parents who are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in August.
The magazine reports Jolie “believes that their wedding day should belong to her and her alone.”
“Angelina has been insisting that she doesn’t care about her wedding day, and that the only reason she’s getting married at all is to please Brad and their six children. But while Brad has made numerous suggestions, and the kids love the idea of a big family wedding, Angelina is letting them all know that it’s her way or the highway.”
I never pictured Jolie as a Bridezilla, you? Still it is her first, I mean third, wedding. She’s entitled to get what she wants. What’s Pitt’s mom thinking anyway? Would you want to share the spotlight with Angelina Jolie on her wedding day? Hell no you wouldn’t!
But friends say this might be the row that could finally do the couple in. Jolie is unyielding about getting everything she wants on her special day from the small ceremony to ALL the attention and Pitt is quickly getting tired of it.
“They’re fighting all the time,” the friend says. “They may not ever make it to the altar.”
