After Anne Hathaway’s embarrassing crotch shot at the premiere of Les Miserables, we thought she had nothing left to hide! But a new insider has come forward and is hinting that the Academy Award nominated actress is already expecting her first child with new husband Adam Shulman. Her skin-tight dress may not show a baby bump, but neither did Kate Middleton’s!
Anne gushed to Star Magazine, print edition December 31, 2012, about her obsession with babies. “I have been chomping at the bit to be a mom since I was 16, but I wanted to have a career too. I also had to find a baby daddy first, which now I have!” Anne got married in September and treated her guests to an all vegan menu. But now that her promotional work for Les Miserables is done, it’s time to settle in to married life!
A friend reported that “Anne talks nonstop about babies and gives subtle hints that she may already be pregnant. She’s been avoding alcohol, talking about nursery colors and decorations, and inquiring to close friends who recently gave birth about the best pediatricians.” The traditional announcement date isn’t until the end of a first trimester, which means we should have more info in January! But the friend promises that Anne “and Adam are definitely giving off the pregnancy bliss vibe, leading loved ones to believe they might have a little one next summer.”
We would love to see Anne as a mom, and Adam seems like such a devoted husband, so we’re sure he’ll be great! In fact, “Anne glows when she speaks about how great a father Adam will be. He can’t wait until their baby is born.” So a summer birth means we should see a baby bump soon—but with her red carpet obligations over, we won’t have the help of tight-fitting dresses.
