Castle is breaking tradition with tonight’s episode, if you are a fan, you know that episode 13 is always about Beckett’s mother’s murder, but not this time. Season 4 brings us “An Embarrassment Of Bitches” for it’s 13th episode.
On tonight’s show a popular reality-TV star (kinda like Kim Kardashian) becomes a murder suspect when a well-known dog trainer turns up dead. Our favorite crime fighting dynamic duo will be investigating the murder of a world-renowned dog whisperer. A famous therapist is contacted after the team discovers that one of her clients was a witness to the murder.
As they get further into the case, every lead points to a charismatic reality TV star named Kay Cappuccio, played by guest star Hilarie Burton (White Collar, One Tree Hill). Kay, no stranger to tabloids and gossip websites all over the world, has achieved stardom without having to have any skill or talent. But, there seems to be more to her than she is letting on.
Sadly, the victim’s dog is left homeless, but thankfully Beckett and Castle have big hearts and share (not a kiss) custody of the adorable critter. I love how an animal “guest star” steals the spotlight, lots of room for over-the-top cuteness in this episode.
