Chris Brown claims that he has “done nothing wrong” and implies that he has the right to steal. Chris is formally accused of stealing a cell phone from an overzealous fan, Christal Spann, and this can land him in jail for up to 4 years if he is even charged with the crime! Despite that fact that an arrest could land the man who beat up Rihanna back in jail, Chris still insists to friends that he is in the right. What an arrogant jerk!
The 22-year-old star is alleged to have stolen Christal’s $500 iPhone after she took a picture of him sitting in the back of a car – reportedly telling her “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet” – but he is maintaining his innocence to friends.
A source told RadarOnline: “Chris is telling friends that he has done nothing wrong. Chris is hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges being made against him. Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State’s Attorney’s Office. Chris will do whatever his attorney asks him to do.”
“He is no longer in the Miami, but if he needs to return for any reason, he certainly will. Chris has nothing to hide. Chris wouldn’t need to be convicted in the Miami case to cause problems with his probation, just charged. The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict.”
Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for his probation if he is arrested and charged. Make no mistake, Chris is taking this very seriously. He knows that one arrest could unleash a wave of new legal problems for him because he is still on felony probation.”
Chris is particularly worried about being arrested over the Florida incident because it would likely lead to Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office revoking his probation, which was set after he pleaded no contest to battery of former girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

A spokesperson for Florida State Attorney’s Office said prosecutors are currently reviewing all evidence before making a decision on whether to pursue the complaint. Let’s hope they nail the bastard.
Meanwhile TMZ has the low-down on the police report: The woman who claims Chris Brown robbed her of her cell phone was captured on video obtained by TMZ, clearly agitated as she tells cops, “He snatched my phone.”
Christal Spann and her 2 friends seem spontaneous and upset as she exclaims several times, “I just want my phone back.”
One of Spann’s friends told police, Brown exclaimed, “Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website.”
Spann filed a police report, claiming she was attempting to take a picture of Brown early Sunday morning in Miami when he ripped her phone out of her hand and drove away. Brown is being investigated for the crime of “robbery by sudden snatching.” If he’s arrested, authorities in L.A. could move to violate his probation in the Rihanna beating case, and that could land him in California prison for 4 years.
The Miami Beach P.D. and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office are aware of the video in this post and they will be evaluating it in deciding whether to charge Brown with a crime.
If anyone in Hollywood belongs in jail it is this idiot. He only got a slap on the wrist for seriously beating up Rihanna and now the arrogant S.O.B. is still manhandling women. Teach the bully a lesson before he does more damage.
Chris has neither respect for the law, nor for women. What do you think of this latest outrage? Sound off in the comments below.
