Katy Perry, Robert Pattinson, and Kristen Stewart were all in Paris recently for Fashion Week, and while there’s no evidence to suggest that the Twilight couple spent any time with the “California Gurls” singer, HollywoodLife.com is reporting that RPatz and Katy have a pretty close relationship.
So close, in fact, that supposedly Rob and Katy call and text each other all the time!
“He’s just checking in on her,” said a source about RPatz’s concern for Katy since she split from husband Russell Brand last December. “It’s not romantic at all. They’re friends.“
Still, while Kristen and Rob’s relationship seems to be going well (they were even spotted holding hands at one of the fashion shows!), we wonder if the couple’s more recent, awkward body language at the LAX airport was any indication that maybe Kristen is not so pleased with all of the “girl friends” Rob has in his life. Besides, Katy seems to be doing okay in the wake of her split from Russell and hasn’t had any Britney Spears-like meltdowns, at least not in public, anyway.
“Katy is doing amazing,” added the source. “She is over Russell and feels like she’s been set free. Her hair may be blue, but she isn’t.“
