Kristen Stewart has hit the Toronto International Film Festival this week promoting her new film, On The Road and she continues to impress me with her stupidity. She has been doing interviews of course and you’d think after two months of being publicly crapped on she would be incredibly careful with what she says to the press. Um, NOPE! While speaking with MTV News she tried to sound deep and insightful when it came to explaining her connection to On The Road director, Walter Salles.
“You can do no wrong with [Salles]. He puts so much inside of you. In the four-week rehearsal process, it was okay to ask any question, to bring up any story, to really overanalyze everything and intellectualize everything. “I don’t want this to be misconstrued in anyway, but you do want to get as close to an experience as you can. Anything that feels guarded, in this particular movie especially would just be so against the spirit of it.”
I suspect Salles put less inside of her than previous director, Rupert Sanders! I’m sure since they’ve recently reunited, Rob Pattinson is sure hoping so too! Seriously Kristen, did you have to make it so easy for all of us to see that quote and take yet another shot at your trashy, home wrecking, misery princess self?
I’m also not too surprised that Kristen was comfortable going topless on camera. She seems so disconnected from everything, including her own body that getting naked in front of strangers would hardly phase her. What will you ultimately appreciate more, seeing Kristen half dressed on the big screen or hearing that she has put her foot in her mouth yet again? Tell us in the comments below!
