What do Maria Menounos and Debra Messing have in common? Well, both appear to be strong women with successful careers in their own right. Both have also opted to pose nude in the May issue of Allure. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking- celebrities posing nude, what else is new? Well, I wouldn’t call these photographs innovative, but they are beautifully done. The black and white artistic shots were taken with revered celebrity photographer, Patrick Demarchelier.
The 33-year old Menounos is no stranger to minimal clothing. The entertainment correspondent is currently competing on Dancing with the Stars in costumes that don’t hide much. This shoot is her first time shedding everything though. Menounos looks quite comfortable lounging naked on a bed and she knows she looks good.
Debra Messing’s decision to pose might come as more of a surprise, as she is 43. The Smash actress looks beautifully toned and poised. Messing is proof positive that for some people age really is simply a number. Maybe the split from hubby Daniel Zelman late last year wasn’t such a bad thing for the mother of one.
