Now that Rihanna has decided she has conquered the singing world she has decided she wants to become an actress. Rihanna can currently been seen acting alongside Liam Neeson and Alexander Skarsgard in the movie Battleship. Battleship is an epic-scaled action-adventure that unfolds across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force.
In the movie Rihanna plays a petty officer and her debut film role requires nothing more of her than to fire a few big guns. But the part was enough to give Rihanna the acting bug.
In an interview with the Sydney Daily Telegraph, she said: “There are some festivals here and there throughout the year but I want to do some more films before I go back on tour.”
Rihanna’s already has her next movie role lined up – it may be a comedy. “I don’t want to stick to one thing yet. I want to see where I excel. I want to try things – comedy and probably another action film.”
Meanwhile, Rihanna has also been rumored to be battling Bobbi Kristina for the role of Whitney Houston in a rumored biopic for the late singer.
