The Real Housewives Of New York City returns tonight to Bravo with the season 5 premiere. We will be live blogging the episode with all the drama and exciting details!
There will be a couple of faces missing from the show tonight – Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Cindy Barshop and Alex McCord were fired. They were replaced by three new cast members, Heather Thompson, Aviva Drescher and Carol Radziwill.
So how are the three new cast members going to do. Well it looks like new cat member Aviva Drescher is not intimidated by the veteren cast and comes out swinging at Ramona. She calls her “white trash” in a preview for the show. The two are reportedly not speaking to each other anymore. Aviva is married to Fran Drescher‘s cousin.
Ramona does not just tangle with Aviva she also has a confrontation with Heather Thompson a shapewear designer. She comments on what she feels is Heather’s aggressive conversational style.
Carol Radziwill is a novelist and former ABC News reporter she married Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis‘ nephew Anthony. One thing for certain it looks like it is going to be an exciting season.
As far as the old school cast, Real Housewife veterans Sonja Morgan, LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer will be returning.
