Trevin Hunte took the stage tonight on THE VOICE for his Top 8 video performance. Trevin sang “Greatest Love Of All” by Whitney Houston. Tonight’s show the top 8 performed live in front of coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, CeeLo Green and Blake Shelton for America’s vote and a chance to move on to the elite eight. Judges Comments: Adam “I really hope that when I die and I go to heaven, this is heaven, I love it. You can sing anything you want, it doesn’t matter, we all love what you do, another excellent job”. Blake “You are an amazing singer and a good dude too. I think this song was really in your wheelhouse, this the guy we have to figure out how to beat”. Christina “Wonderful job as usual Trevin, you didn’t fully capture this song but your voice is a monstrous beast”. Cee Lo “Man, I am very proud of you what a wonderful performance. I am certain that Ms. Whitney would be proud, I am truly indebted and the sweetest thing about you is the humility that you practice”.

On tomorrow’s result show, It’s green on Green on NBC’s “The Voice” when musician coach CeeLo Green forms an unforgettable duet with Disney’s Kermit the Frog for the classic song “Bein’ Green”. Green and Kermit will also be joined by some of Disney’s most beloved Muppets including curmudgeonly critics Statler and Waldorf, Animal, Fozzie Bear, Janice and The Great Gonzo. In addition, a new character will be introduced – “Lo-Co,” a muppet bearing an uncanny resemblance to CeeLo Green.. By the end of the evening two artists will be eliminated and we will be moving on with the elite Top 6.
