Lindsay Lohan has found herself in some hot water again. Actually, I’d go so far as to say this water is boiling. After her latest run in with the law, Lindsay Lohan is being taken back to court where the judge will — likely — revoke her probation and possibly set a new hearing date during which her criminal record will be scrutinized . . . . and she’ll possibly be sent to jail for a minimum of 8 months to answer for her crazy ginger ways.
As TMZ exclusively reports, “Law enforcement sources connected with her most recent case tell TMZ … when Lindsay is arraigned Wednesday for allegedly lying to cops and reckless driving in connection with her car accident last June … the judge will revoke her probation in the jewelry heist case and set a date for a hearing to formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again.”
They continue: “Sources tell us … the L.A. City Attorney is “out for blood” and they will file papers Wednesday asking that Lindsay’s probation be revoked. Fact is … the judge does it on her own … the prosecutors don’t even have to ask for it, but their voice will certainly be heard.”
*Sigh* LiLo’s criminal record is beginning to sound like a broken record — playing the same tune over and over and over again. Chances are she will be tried again, but chances are the judge will not make her serve time in jail. While it would probably be good for her and teach her a lesson, I don’t think Lindsay would fare too well in a prison situation. While the city attorney is no doubt out for blood and ready to see LiLo thrown behind bars, we’ll be very surprised if the judge actually throws our fave celeb in the slammer. BUT the possibility is there, and it seems like this could — now more than ever, especially in light of her current escapades — become a reality.
What do you all think about this potential Lindsay Lohan jail sentence? Do you think Lindsay definitely needs to go to jail? Do you think she needs it to finally correct her criminalistic behavior?
