“X-Factor” Finale Duets Will Deliver Stunning Performances from Demi Lovato, Little Big Town, LeAnn Rimes!

It’s hard to believe this season of X-Factor is nearing its end, and with the final battle on the horizon we’re even closer to finding the star who possesses the ultimate X-Factor. This season’s phenomenal talent, evident in the final three competitors, fought hard and long to reach the finale, but ultimately it was Fifth Harmony, Carly Rose Sonenclar, and Tate Stevens who proved they’ve got what it takes to make it in the biz. As they did last season, the show will pair up each contestant with a business pro for an epic duet that will surely leave you breathless.

While each contestant ultimately had a say in the matter, the nature of the industry made it impossible to accommodate every singer’s wish; however, they all seem very happy with their ultimate pairings. Fifth Harmony, who took a liking to Demi Lovato’s songs over the course of the competition, will be paired up with Demi. And even though Simon Cowell, who’s been on the outs with his co-judge this season, is a bit bitter, he knows it’s for the best. “Kinda irritating to say, the person we’ve decided to duet with is Demi Lovato,” says Cowell, and we know he thinks it’s a good decision — because we all know he doesn’t do things that he doesn’t like!

Tate Stevens, who had his lil’ Country heart set on singing with Garth Brooks, is scheduled to perform with Grammy-nominated Little Big Town. I don’t like Country music (at all), but I think Little Big Town has an interesting sound and they’re sure to mesh well with Mr. Stevens.

Powerhouse 13-year-old Carly Rose Sonenclar, who is, simply put, Uh-May-Zing, has also been paired up with a Country singer: LeAnn Rimes. Many are a little confused by this pairing, given that Carly hasn’t once sung a Country song. But she says, “I think she’s amazing,” and she seems super stoked to belt it out next to Rimes. I don’t know why, but I would’ve liked to see Carly sing beside Florence + The Machine. That would’ve been a clever performance in my opinion.

Make sure to tune in this Wednesday for the final duets and cast your vote for your favorite!
