Bill Engvall danced a Tango, on tonight’s episode 6 of Dancing with the Stars for her dance style she had not yet done. Check out Bill’s DWTS bio [CLICK HERE]. If you missed tonight’s show you can read a full and detailed recap, right here.
The competition continues as each couple will compete in an individual dance style they have not yet done as well as take part in the first ever “Switch-Up Challenge.” In this fresh take on a dance marathon, couples will compete side by side, in two rounds, with no prior knowledge of dance style or musical accompaniment. One by one, the judges will select couples to be tapped-off/removed from the dance floor. Extra judges’ points will be awarded to couples based on longevity.
On last week’s show Bill was given a 24/30 for his Viennese Waltz routine. Bruno said this about his dance, “Honest and heartfelt, a few tiny issues; watch your arms.” If you missed any of last week’s performances, you can check out all the videos, right HERE.
Bill Engvall and professional dancer Emma Slater: dancing a Tango. Bill did not have much to say about his dance this week.
Judges comments: Len “It was a cheeseburger tango, sharp and tangy, overall well done.” Bruno “Plenty of cheese on top but a little cheesy in the middle. You lost the smoothness of the footwork of the tango.” Carrie Ann “Strangely odd combination of humour of passion. You did what you do best, but the footwork was a bit off, although thoroughly entertaining.”
SCORES: Carrie Ann 8, Len 8, Bruno 7 TOTAL: 23 – Vote for Bill Engvall and professional dancer Emma Slater at Voting #: 1-800-868-3409.
