It was only a few weeks ago that we were telling you about how Camilla Parker-Bowles believed that she had the upper hand on the royal family. Once it became clear that she wasn’t going to be sharing the throne with Prince Charles ever, Camilla decided that it was time to dig herself out of her self-induced misery. It’s kind of ironic that the woman who opted to be Charles’ mistress for over 30 years came to understand that being his legit wife really sucks. Camilla figured that since she has an arsenal of royal secrets hidden away for a rainy day that she would be able to wheel and deal her way to a hefty divorce settlement before Christmas.
She thought it would be an uphill battle against Queen Elizabeth but that eventually she would so want to see Camilla leave the family that she would eventually cave in and meet the demands that were laid out in front of her. Well Elizabeth certainly isn’t intimidated by Camilla and now it seems her husband isn’t either! Camilla was actually stunned to see Charles shoot down her $350 million cash demands. According to the Oct. 14th print edition of GLOBE magazine which has all the inside details and conversation, while the couple was attempting to play nice in Scotland for the Queen’s sake, Camilla taunted Charles one time too many and he flipped out, informing her that even he has no intention of paying through the nose to be free of her!
Apparently Charles isn’t as wishy-washy as we once believed and when Camilla pushed him into a corner he sure did come out swinging! So much so that Camilla ran outside shaking because she couldn’t believe how Charles had actually spoken to her. Do you think that a little bit of backbone it all it’ll take for Charles to get Camilla to back down?
