Demi Moore is a sad case. After her very public breakup with Ashton Kutcher, Moore fell apart like a Milli Vanilli fan club. She cried on walls, street corners, and even at the garage station, but according to the National Enquirer, this was merely the beginning of the Karen Carpenter whirlpool. “Lonely Demi Moore has become a virtual recluse after cutting ties with those closest to her. [Her friends] fear she’s teetering on the edge of another meltdown,” explains a source.
Moore purportedly told her friends, “I’m tired of bothering people with my problems.” But these friends, the ones she doesn’t want to burden, are worried sick about her. “It’s incredibly worrying for everyone around her. She’s now refusing to take calls from some of her oldest friends, and everyone’s really concerned about her,” said a close acquaintance. “She’s teetering on the edge of another meltdown.”
When does Moore not suffer from a mental breakdown? After the whole Kutcher debacle, she lost the plot halfway through and tainted her career, her public image, and her very stable appearance. For several months, Moore’s destruction was only a phone call away, but somehow, in some sane way, she managed to regain control over her life and sort out her issues.
Kutcher’s relationship with Mila Kunis is the hardest hurdle for Moore to overcome, but if she figures out the fine line between licking her wounds and being a rabid, crazy dog, this too will pass like a beans-only dinner at a stomach virus convention.
Do you think Moore is losing the plot again? Do you think she’s falling apart, preparing to go nuclear? Do you think there’s any truth to this story? Do you think she’ll make a comeback soon? Don’t be shy. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
