According to the latest report from Life & Style, Faith Hill is getting jealous of rumors that Tim McGraw‘s relationship with Taylor Swift is ‘more than friendly‘.
The report claims that the ‘trust is gone‘ between the once tight country music couple, and ‘the rumors about Taylor hit a nerve‘ for Faith. The only reason that they would hit a nerve is if Faith and Tim were already having relationship problems, or if Faith didn’t trust Tim and/or caught him cheating before.
Tim has had problems with alcohol in the past, and he’s also admitted his penchant for drunk texting. Usually, those things combined with fame are never good, and I don’t blame Faith for being a little worried. However, considering the rumors are completely unsubstantiated right now and Tim is sober, there shouldn’t be a valid reason to be worried.
Of course, if Faith is getting worried about this whole situation, that means the relationship has more problems than just basic trust issues. The entertainment industry is already an incredibly difficult place to hold together a marriage and relationship, especially one between two celebrities. There are always rumors and tabloid whispers and doubts, and sometimes, they can cause problems between a couple that didn’t exist before.
In this case, I’d like to think that Taylor Swift would never homewreck a marriage, but again, it’s Hollywood. You never know. For what it’s worth, both Faith and Tim’s reps have denied all these rumors outright, calling them a bunch of lies. Obviously, they can’t really say anything else, but at least they’re fighting to deny it, which is a lot more than other couples do.
