Farrah Abraham was once upon a time a reality television sweetheart. She captivated the masses with her appearance on MTV’s exploitative Teen Mom – but she didn’t back down from becoming a D-Lister celeb post-reality show. Ever since her season, she’s been writing creatively. Her memoir, My Teenage Dream Ended – a New York Times bestseller – catapulted her into the stratosphere of faux-novelist. Now, according to a Celebs Gather report, Abraham is planning to write an erotic novel in the same vein as Fifty Shades of Grey.
Abraham uses Sulia – a creative social networking site – to post her innermost thoughts. According to Celebs, her list of topics includes “waxing her daughter’s unibrow, why she hates Florida, and now about the possibility of penning an erotic novel.” She also brainstormed a few titles for her erotic novel – Ballistic, Becky Becky, and Sexcapade. (We like the second one, but we’re weird like that) It could be that Abraham is just being a tease and wants to jump on the Fifty Shades bandwagon or – God forbid – she’s serious. There’s a certain style required for erotica – especially popular erotica – and it’s extremely easy to slip into the “cheesy” genre and write something like, “He held her head. It was cold from the rain that pelted her forehead.” (Enter – disgust)
We doubt we’d pick up Abraham’s copy of the book. Really, we doubt it. Many eons ago – actually a few years ago – a man wrote a trilogy of novels that terrified the gentlest of souls. These novels – written without proper punctuation and grammar, and published by a self-publishing company based in Canada – are noted as the worst novels ever written. So, if you want to get your scream-laugh on before Abraham’s Becky Becky, why don’t you Google Moon People?
Your life will never be the same again.
