Let’s give the girl credit for lasting this long though, right? It’s not an easy thing to stay George Clooney’s plus one and she’s done it, seemingly, with no problems at all. But could her luck finally have run out? It was the Fourth of July. George Clooney was spotted at his villa in Lake Como for the holiday. Usually Stacy Keibler doesn’t hesitate to join him for his summer getaways. Mexico is also a favorite. But she wasn’t there this time around. Lainey Gossip has the grainy pics. There’s a recognizable Clooney but no Keibler. There’s no girls at all which can only be a good thing for the former wrestler. So is the George Clooney/Stacy Keibler relationship over or is George just enjoying his alone time?
The Mirror claims Clooney has been slowly backing away from Keibler over the past few months. They’ve barely enjoyed any time together lately and it’s been confirmed Keibler spent her Fourth partying in Malibu. Sources say Keibler was getting too close so George had to step on the brakes.
I don’t know about all that. Stacy has never been the needy girl with George. If he’s backing out it’s only because her time is up. It’s that simple. Stacy asking for more than he’s willing to give has never been in her playbook. And let’s play devil’s advocate. Maybe she’s busy working. Stacy has signed on to host the new reality show, Supermarket Superstar. Maybe she had to be in LA for that? I’m not saying this relationship is going to last forever. It’s demise is inevitable.
