As The Hunger Games: Catching Fire gears up for release, interest in its stars is starting to reach fever pitch. There were already dissertations and long-winded essays written about Jennifer Lawrence‘s new pixie cut yesterday, and today the focus is all on Josh Hutcherson.
Josh has largely managed to avoid tabloid speculation in the past few years, probably because he’s very low-key and open about his private life. He was linked to actress Vanessa Hudgens a couple of years ago, but apart from that his love life has generated little interest. However, that’s soon about to change.
According to a report from Page Six, Josh was caught flirting with Lily Collins in the Spare Room in Los Angeles on Monday. Based on Page Six’s sources, “Josh couldn’t take his eyes off of her. She couldn’t have cared less until he made a move and invited Lily to join him bowling.” Apparently, Lily wasn’t very responsive at first, and source say she was initially ‘not interested’. However, it seems as though she might have changed her mind, or just said yes to prevent any embarrassment.
Well, Josh has admitted in the past that he has a weakness for beautiful brunettes, and Lily’s certainly that. However, her disinterest might have something to do with the fact that she was rumored to be dating Zac Efron just a few weeks back, but who knows if that was a PR move or actually legitimate.
Of course, there’s also the chance that both Josh and Lily are old friends, having run in the same Hollywood circles for several years.
