Today will be the first time Justin Bieber hits the African continent on his world tour. The multimillion-dollar pop star will perform in Cape Town, South Africa tonight in front of a huge audience of hysterical Beliebers. However, this is not the only milestone Bieber will hit today. According to a breaking news report, the L.A. County District Attorney is currently deciding whether to prosecute Bieber for “allegedly spitting in his neighbor’s face and threatening to kill him”.
In March of 2013, Bieber raced his Ferrari in the Calabasas gated community he resided in. A neighbor confronted him about his reckless driving and his disregard for safety, but as usual, this didn’t sit well with Bieber and his ego. According to reports, Bieber ordered the neighbor off his property, and somewhere between rage and hysterics, Bieber spit in the guy’s face and said, “I’m going to f**king kill you!”
The L.A. Country Sheriff’s Department launched an investigation into the alleged incident and sent a file to the D.A. on Tuesday morning. According to TMZ’s law enforcement sources, “Sheriff’s investigators are urging prosecutors to charge the singer with battery.” The officials in charge of Bieber’s battery case do not think the singer should go to jail, “but he needs serious counseling because of his repeated and escalating bad behavior.”
Numerous illegal incidents have been linked to Bieber, and officials are worried that the singer might “get his ass kicked” or “someone will get a $2 million payday” if he doesn’t shape up. According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s department, they’re not singling him out because of his celebrity status – they would follow the same protocol for any other first time offender “with a bad temper”.
