Kendall Jenner And Kylie Jenner Ditch Kim Kardashian's Trashy Fashion & Clothing Line

It should come as no surprise that Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner are further distancing themselves from their trashy Kardashian half sisters. The teenaged sisters have managed to skip the bad fashion gene and have become style icons of their own making, opting for modeling over sell-out reality TV. Of course, they’re both minors operating in the delicate plan spun by momager Kris Jenner, but their behavior is much classier than that of their siblings!

The girls just launched a line with Pac Sun, and were quick to point out that the style was uniquely designed by them—with no family input! When asked if their Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, or Kourtney Kardashian gave fashion pointers, Kylie told OK Magazine, print editon March 11, 2013, “We didn’t want any advice from them; we both wanted our thoughts to be organic.” And it is! The girls opt for slim silhouettes, leggy skirts, and classic floral prints, instead of the booty squeezing garments preferred by Khloe and Kim.

In fact, it sounds like Kendall and Kylie learned mostly fashion don’ts from their sisters! “We grew up watching what they wore and how their style evolved,” Kendall said. She remembers that Kim “used to wear baggy pants and bandanas,” which is the fashion opposite of their line! The girls have certainly skipped the awkward teen years that most of us endure, and we hope this distance they’ve put between their brand and the Kardashian brand will pay off in the long run! It’s hard to predict what the future holds for them, but they seem to have good heads and good hearts! If they can resist the Kris influence for a few more years, they could really go places—otherwise they’ll be doomed to sink when the Kardashian ship crashes! Do you think Kendall and Kylie’s fashion is superior to their older sisters’?
