Kim Kardashian has just given birth to baby daughter K-something, which means that in addition to battling the media attention and public scrutiny [or welcoming it, since we’re talking about the Kardashians], Kim will also finally start losing the baby weight she’s accumulated over the past few months.
According to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, it’s important for Kim to not stress her body over the first 4-7 weeks. Tracy says, “During that time it is really important that [Kim] don’t do anything. Women have to let their bodies come back naturally as much as they can come back.”
Tracy also explains Kim’s options for losing weight during that time, adding, “Your only other option is to nurse. If you nurse, your body will naturally bring itself back to a certain extent, but not as small or smaller [as you were before].”
I can already see a Weight Watchers/some other baby weight loss campaign in Kim’s future. Although we know that Kim’s curves are never going to go away, it’ll be interesting to see whether Kim loses enough weight to go back to her pre-pregnancy body, or whether she pushes her body to lose even more weight.
I mean, all of her sisters are pretty skinny and fit right now, and it’s got to burn Kim that she’s the only one that really has any excess weight anymore. For the next few months, let’s hope her focus remains on her baby and not losing weight, but there’s also going to be plenty of pressure on her [from her mother, especially] to get into great shape again.
Do you think that Kim will nurse to lose her baby weight? Do you think she’ll sign a deal with a weight loss brand? Let us know what you think is going to happen in the comments.
