The relationship of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick always baffles me. I have a hard time believing that love keeps the couple together. I think it’s more like convenience and Kourtney would rather settle for a douche lord like Scott than risk going it alone with two kids. I mean this dude is truly more trouble than he is worth and his total lack of ambition is starting to cause real problems with Kourt.

According to the May 20th print edition of In Touch, Kourtney realizes that Keeping Up With the Kardashians seems to be winding down as ratings drop and once the reality show is DOA Scott has absolutely no income coming in. He currently rakes in about $2 million a year on all sorts of things connected to the show but he spends it faster than the checks are cashed. Scott is obsessed with collecting expensive cars and watches and that is where every penny of his money goes to. Kourtney has been freaking out because he saves nothing and once his reality television opportunities wrap up then Scott won’t be able to support his young family.
After years of choosing to be stuck in the same pattern Kourtney is fed up with having to be the responsible bread winner. She’s also the parent who is constantly hands on while Scott is partying or just plain MIA. I also have to wonder if Scott will want to stick around once the Kardashian star isn’t shining as brightly. Eventually this family won’t be super popular and then what? Will Scott stick with Kourtney and the kids or is he going to move onto the next money making situation? Will Kourt kick him to the curb before all of that happens?
