We’ve just heard word that Lauren Silverman, Simon Cowell‘s baby mama, has just settled her divorce with Andrew Silverman. Apparently, the settlement went relatively well and they settled on some form of joint custody involving their 7-year-old son. And of course there was some major moolah involved. While Lauren Silverman technically cheated on Andrew, she walked away with a cool chunk of change — just upwards of $2 million. That’s nothing compared to the bank account she’ll be hooking up with next . . . .
According to sources close to Lauren, and as reported by TMZ, Simon Cowell and her are still very much together — and, as of yet, plan to stay together, hopefully for the good of their future baby.
While Simon Cowell is usually scouring the globe, Lauren will remain in NYC to be close to her young son and nurture her pregnancy. I wonder how Simon feels about watching this marriage crumble, as he did play a major, if not the biggest, part in its demise. Do you think he’ll be a good father?
