It would be an understatement to say that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have been having a rough month. There’s been rumor after rumor, and although it was never confirmed that Liam cheated on Miley, it’s pretty clear that something happened between him and January Jones. And we all know January doesn’t give a damn about whether her conquests have girlfriends or wives.
Now, even though they have officially ‘postponed’ their wedding, it seemed as though they were ok. Still fighting – but ok. However, new reports have emerged this weekend about a possible permanent breakup between the duo, and on the heels of those reports come other rumors that Liam has moved on from his heartbreak with Miley by hooking up with January Jones again.
Ok, while I completely buy that Liam and Miley have broken up – come on, they were so young and it’s Hollywood, for crying out loud – I don’t buy that Liam would have hooked up with January so soon, especially knowing the amount of tabloid and public backlash that would occur.
Here is January looking like the cat who swallowed the canary, or who swallowed something anyway
Right now, sources are saying, “Liam is at January’s house all the time. He brings her favorite wine, and they hook up. They have date nights in – they never go out, because they want to keep it a secret. Miley’s in denial. She is desperate to marry Liam and make the relationship work. Liam is interested in seeing where the relationship with January can go. January is doing her best to keep Liam around.”
No doubt, Miley’s in denial. I think they both have been in denial for a very long time, thinking that this engagement could work out. But you could hardly fault them for it – they were young and in love. However, now that the engagement is off the table, I think they’re starting to figure out their relationship might be too. Keeping that in mind, Liam would have to truly be a jerk to go hook up with January Jones while his girlfriend is trying her best to keep their relationship together. And while he may have hooked up or cheated with January in the past, I’d like to think that he learned from his mistakes and won’t do it again.
