There’s the end of a relationship and an engagement. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have announced the end of their engagement, for better or for worse. And of course, Liam has immediately moved on to someone else, a Mexican actress named Eiza Gonzalez.
According to a new report from Life & Style, Miley and Liam were unofficially broken up for several months now, and the appearance at the Paranoia premiere was just out of courtesy. A source tells Life & Style, “Liam had been begging Miley to announce the split all summer.” Apparently, he was so keen to get away from Miley that he even told her that he was thinking of moving back to Australia, something which I highly doubt he’ll do – not when his career is taking off.
Either way, all these reports are clearly being leaked by his team and trying to portray him in a positive manner. Nice try, dude. There’s a lot of hatred being directed at Miley right now, and I don’t blame everyone for it – her new image is weird, creepy, and risque, and I don’t think anyone particularly likes it. However, to blame Miley for the demise of their relationship is a dick move from Liam and his team.
Miley’s not the one who hooked up with January Jones, and Miley’s not the one dating a Mexican actress two seconds after she broke off her engagement. So purely when it comes to their relationship, why is she getting the blame? Ok, Liam was ‘begging’ Miley to announce their split, but shouldn’t she be praised for trying to hard to make her engagement work while her dick of a boyfriend just went and flirted with women everywhere and threw her under the bus in the process? While I don’t support Miley anywhere else, I’m Team Miley on this one.
