The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice sure fell from grace this year, didn’t she? She went from spoiled, semi-obnoxious rich bitch to likely-to-be-convicted-felon in the matter of one single court hearing. Since last summer, instead of bragging about things and telling us how fabulous her shady husband, Joe Giudice is, Teresa has gotten pretty quiet. She insists that she has done nothing wrong in spite of her signature on fraudulent documents telling a different story. When asked why she helped with the fraud, she shows that she is clearly still a woman in denial.
According to the Jan. 6th print edition of Star Magazine Teresa was cruising into the holidays refusing to think about reality – that she could be sitting in a jail cell this time next year with family raising her four kids. Instead she claims to be taking things day-by-day and was planning on surprising the kids with a puppy for Christmas. As for the elaborate gifts that she and Joe would normally exchange? Well, there was none of that, instead they agreed to give each other quality time. That, sounds to me like Teresa is at least on some level coming to terms with the fact that she and Joe will in all likelihood be separated one way or another by next Christmas. Not only is he facing fraud charges, but also deportation.
