Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans just can’t seem to get her life together. After pleading guilty to possessing drug paraphernalia, all other charges placed against her were dropped, but the judge still ordered her to spend 48 hours in jail after failing a spontaneous drug test. Janelle was facing charges for that arrest back on April 23rd, involving assault and heroin possession; for that she was ordered to 18 months probation.
“Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed,” Jenelle’s attorney told Radar. “The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive.”
Jenelle and Courtland Rogers are still technically married, but both say that they’ll be planning a divorce soon enough. Though, he did show up to the hearing, and he even tweeted a few of his thoughts: “I had to leave before I heard them tell her !!! I know she will walk out of there for a fact with a smile on her face smdh #justice???”
