Tonight on MTV the popular show TEEN WOLF continues with its second episode of the third season called, “Chaos Rising.” On tonight’s show Allison and Lydia locate a possible clue to finding Boyd and Erica; one of Stiles’ childhood friends goes missing. Did you watch last week’s premiere episode? We did and we recapped it here for you.
On last week’s show the show picked up four months after where we left off. Teen werewolf Scott McCall and his friends Stiles, Lydia and Allison began their Junior year of high school unaware that a new threat had arrived in Beacon Hills: a deadly pack of Alpha werewolves intent on bringing Derek into their fold. This new pack was going to be an all new cast of actors, and executive producer Jeff Davis, while he didn’t reveal much, said that there will be a set of twins in the pack.
On tonight’s show Lydia and Allison might be getting closer to finding Boyd and Erica. Also one of Stiles’ childhood friends will be going missing. Since we’ve been teased about there being a lot of deaths this season then I’d say it is entirely possible that Stiles’ friend is a little more than just missing.
Tonight’s season 3 episode 2 is going to be an exciting one that you won’t want to miss, so be sure to tune in for our live coverage of MTV’s Teen Wolf tonight at 10 PM EST! The episode begins with Allison and Lydia talking about the marks on their wrists.
Scott and Stiles are on their way to a party at one of Stiles’s childhood friends house. The girl (Stiles’s friend) says she wants to lose her virginity tonight, on her birthday. Stiles and Scott walks in, and she immediately kisses him. She grabs him and together they walk down into their cellar. She says that she wants to have sex. She asks him if he wants to. Yes, definitely, he says. She says to go upstairs and get the condoms. So he runs upstairs.
Meanwhile, in the basement, there’s some danger lurking in the darkness. This is a wine cellar and, suddently, all the wine bottle start exploding. She screams loudly. The exploding glass cuts her. The craziness stops for a moment. She’s backed against a wall and slowly a window opens and something pulls her out. Stiles returns to the basement and sees all the destruction.
Isaac and Derek have set up a meeting with Derek’s uncle. They’re asking for his help to extract the memories taken by the twins. He gets a glimpse of something — some images. Apparently, Isaac found them before he was captured and his memories wiped. The uncle says that he heard the master Alpha Deucalion said that Erica and Boyd will be dead by the next full moon, which is tomorrow night.
Lydia and Allison try to help Derek and Scott, so they show him the marks on their wrists.
Meanwhile, the Lacrosse coach is teaching what appears to be an economics class. Scott raises his hand and answers the question.
Stiles’s dad comes in and pulls his son out of class. He says that Stiles was the last to see his friend, and that nobody has seen her since that night. Lydia and Allison are in the library. Allison continues to research the mysterious symbol on their wrists. Lydia is distracted by the twin werewolves. She says she wants one — the straight one. We see one of the twins eyeing Danny. She makes her move on the other.
Derek, Scott, and Isaac ask Dr. Deaton for help to relocate Isaac’s memories. He says they must slow his heart down. So they submerge him in a bath of ice. He begins taking him through a session of therapy. He asks him to remember it as vividly as possible. He asks him what he sees. He says they’re in a marble building. It’s dusty. Empty. Isaac begins freaking out. Dr. Deaton tells him to relax, to tell him everything. He has some successes. He says they’re keeping them locked inside the Beacon Hills bank. He comes out of the trance, not remembering anything he said. Erica seems to be dead — according to his vision. The Alphas are worried they’ll tear each other apart during the full moon.
Nobody believes that Erica is dead, but Stiles is practical and says that that’s what Isaac said he saw! They come to the conclusion that they have to go to the bank Isaac saw in his vision. The bank closed it’s doors after it was robbed. They try to figure out how, but they can’t — not even with the magic of the internet!
After long hours, they uncover an article. Stiles dad was the officer in charge of arresting some of the culprits.
Night falls. Allison takes some chain cutters and heads to the abandon bank. She wants answers. She breaks in. Meanwhile, Derek and Scott and Stiles are going over blueprints for the bank. Seems like Allison is ahead of the game!
Derek’s uncle says that trying to go in and rescue Boyd and the other girl (who appears to be someone other than Erica) is a suicide mission. But Derek is adamant; he wants to rescue his pack. Scott agrees. He says that if Boyd is still alive, then he must be saved. The question still remains: Who is the other girl Isaac saw — if Erica was already dead? Before commercial, we cut to the bank vault where Boyd’s being held. There is another girl. It looks to be Stiles friend, who was captured at the beginning of the show.
We see Allison sneaking around in the bank. She’s pretty ballsy. She always acts so timid, but when she needs to she can definitely pull out the ninja skills. She of course wears the loudest boots she owns. She’s attacked by a lady. Turns out it is the girl Dr. Deaton’s associated with. She tells Allison to get in the closet immediately and lock the closet. “You have NO idea what you’ve just walked into,” she says.
Just as Allison gets in the closet, the Alpha pack returns. Kali thinks she hears something. But she walks away. Meanwhile, Derek’s uncle and Stiles are brainstorming. Derek’s uncle asks what the vaults are made out of. He’s wondering what type of stone composes the walls.
Derek and Scott arrive at the bank. Scott wonders whether or not they’ve properly weighed out the risks and rewards. Scott feels as if they’re walking into a trap — which they probs are.
Derek’s uncle finds out what the bank walls are made out of. He tells Stiles to hand him a phone. He says, “They’re going to kill Derek and Scott.” Duh. I think we knew that was their goal the entire time. *sigh*.
Derek and Scott manage to sneak into the bank vault. They run into Boyd. Boyd is looking fairly angry. The werewolves have been kept in there for three full moons, unable to shift; therefore, they are more bloodthirsty, more violent, and are eager to tear Scott and Derek to shreds. Allison runts into save them. She breaks the seal that was keeping the werewolves in the vault. She sets them loose. Derek and Allison have a moment — an angry moment. She says that she can’t be blamed for her family, or what they’ve done. “I can’t be blamed for Gerard.” No? says Derek. “Well, what about your mother?” he asks.
Allison doesn’t know what he’s talking about. She asks Scott, who’s afraid to tell her anything, as then she’ll think he’s been lying to her. Sort of. Which he has been. Sort of. Never ending relationship drama.
The final scene: Lydia wakes up screaming — terrified! — in bed. Another one of those Teen Wolf cliffhangers. Tune in next week for an all new episode, and don’t forget to come back here for your LIVE recaps.
