Tonight THE X FACTOR USA returns to FOX with a whole new episode. On tonight’s show the auditions continue in Los Angeles as more hopeful singers perform for our judges Simon Cowell, Paulina Rubio, Kelly Rowland and Demi Lovato. On last night’s show we had our third audition and groups and singers took the stage to impress our judges Simon Cowell, Paulina Rubio, Kelly Rowland and Demi Lovato. As usual we will got to see our share of the good, the bad and the ugly. One of the memorable performances last night was 16-year-old Carlos Guevara with Turrets. He’s tried every medication out there but the only thing to help him so far with his syndrome was singing. He has a slight problem keeping his ticks under control otherwise he sounds really good. He got all yes. No worries it wasn’t from sympathy he just was just fabulous

RECAP: The auditions take place in Charleston and the first contestant today is Andrew Scholz; a jock who’s real passion in life is singing.
Kelly said he was really glued to the microphone and it sounded karaoke; Demi says he has the appeal to the female audience but his voice just didn’t sound comfortable and it was a bit awkward. Paulina says he’s really cute but was surprised by the song he chose and didn’t get it. Simon says that he disagrees with all the girls, it wasn’t perfect but he has charisma and is very charming but believes he has a good voice that can be perfected with some training. Simon asks Andrew to sing something else because he has faith in him.
Demi says that it totally changed everything, it was much better than his first song. Paulina says yes after that song; Kelly joins in on a yes and so does Demi. Simon then gives him the obvious yes and believes he’s an all American boy that belongs with the country genre.
Next up is Blake Shankle and he believes he’s a star and people claim he looks like Robin Thicke; his dream is to be the most famous person in the world.
Demi says that he has the look and the girls love it but it was very theatrical; like it was something Broadway and his voice sounded weird at some points. Paulina says that he poses so much and she could predict everything he would do. Simon says that it was too theatrical. Kelly says no, Demi says no, Paulina says no, Simon tells him that’s it and Blake walks off as a loser.
Next up is some girl who is just plain horrible, Demi says that she would not want to hear herself and Simon says it was incredibly painful to listen to. We get a complication of failure after failure with contestants; it’s so dreadful.
Simon even wants to call it a day because of how bad the contestants have been today; he’s just done.
Paulina is not here for this part of the auditions because she’s sick so only two yes’s get you through. Next up is Ellona Santiago from California.
Kelly says that she loves how she was all shy at first but came out with such a powerful voice; she is really impressed. Simon says that she is the girl he wants to work with the most in the competition and loves her; she says she was actually part of a group in the first season of X Factor. Demi says that if she were there first season she would have gotten through and they all give her a very obvious yes.
So far nobody is going through, Simon is just going on a massive onslaught of insulting people so badly.
The next contestant is 14 years old and is incredibly nervous; feeling like he could throw up at any second. His name is Stone Martin from South Carolina and believe he can win it.
Kelly says that she loves him and that at 14 he’s still getting to know his voice; Demi says he’s so cute and charming, noticing girls in the audience are freaking out. Paulina says that his life is about to change forever. Simon says that he has a very incredible likeability about him and a star glow as well; he really likes him. Stone gets 4 yes’s and is moving on to the next round.
Next up is Ashley Williams from L.A. and she is 24; her dream is to sing and that it’s meant for her to do in her life. She is doing it for her mother who passed away and believed that she would be proud of her to do this.
Ashley gets a standing ovation from the crowd and the judges, Kelly says that she is so humble but thanks her for spilling her heart out with her vocals. Paulina says she was so captivated at her talent and that it was an amazing performance. Demi says she is so speechless and has chills all over; she could feel her hurt. Simon says this is why they brought the show to America to find someone like her.
Ashley gets 4 yes’s without a doubt.
