Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods are not getting married. Cue the tears of sadness from all the women who wanted to sleep with Tiger and then sell their stories to the tabloids.
Lindsey was recently interviewed by Vogue Magazine and she opened up about her future, her thoughts on marriage, and whether she sees a future with Tiger.
When it came to Tiger, she says, “We immediately clicked, you know? It was just one of those things. We talked a lot, corresponded a lot, and he was a good friend who was always there. And then it became more. It’s amazing. Life changes very quickly, in a very positive way, if you let it. Tiger’s fame is obviously in the extreme, the amount of scrutiny that he’s constantly under. But that’s the thing: It all comes back to being happy. It doesn’t really matter what anyone else thinks; do what you love to do and be happy and that’s it.”
Well, despite all that, Lindsey has absolutely no plans to get married in the future. She very resolutely says, “No, thanks! I am definitely not getting married. To anyone.”
Well, that certainly puts all those tabloid reports about Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn’s upcoming engagement in perspective, doesn’t it? We’re guessing that Tiger probably proposed, and then Lindsey said no. And if some people are going to ask why she would say no, I think the better question would be why she would say yes! The guy’s a serial cheater and if he got married again, there’s no doubt in my mind that he would cheat again. In fact, I’m very surprised that he’s managed to stay in a reasonably committed relationship with Lindsey for so long, but maybe they have their own deal worked out. She stays quiet, and they stay together. Works wonders for her publicity and his image.
