If sources are to be believed, these words pretty much sum up the evolution of the marital state of country superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill – “I do” to “I don’t.”
Some have noted a tense air between the couple as they posed and stopped for photos on recent red carpet events. Some “clenching in the face” as they posed. Perhaps the tenseness stems from Faith Hill’s corrective braces? Those who’ve had braces know it’s really challenging to smile from ear-to-ear with braces on and Faith shared in one interview that she sometimes gets mouth sores from the braces but she had to endure until that darn overbite gets corrected. So there’s that. On the other hand, Tim had to aggressively pursue a lifestyle change to earn that sick body he has at his age (46). All that dieting and working out could make a man grumpy at some point. All these things may explain the lack of PDA between the two on event photocalls on top of the fact that marriages in show business are closely-watched with every move being interpreted every which way.
Still, rumors continue to persist that all is not well between Tim and Faith with Celeb Dirty Laundry and Crushable going as far as involving Taylor Swift in the emotional scuffle with the “I Knew You Were Trouble” songstress’ duet with Tim allegedly not sitting well with Faith. Reports have it there was too much chemistry between Tim and Taylor whilst recording the duet which unsettled Faith. Then there’s Star Magazine pointing out that Tim had his wedding ring off during his performance at the I Heart Radio Music Fest.
Hello! That thing with Taylor is pure hogwash. Tim, lean and trim as he is at 46, could be her dad and then there’s that thing about her writing about her past flames which should be a red flag for any man at any age. However, that wedding ring being off is something of concern for the couple’s fans.
If it’s true that Tim and Faith are going through a rough patch then it’s just one of the challenges two people go through in a committed relationship called marriage. Whose marriage is perfect all the way, all the time? It’s hard enough for normal married couples who aren’t being watched like hawks so it becomes a gazillion times more when famous people are involved. Besides, it was only in August during an interview with Taste of Country that Tim said he loves playing basketball with Faith, mixing wife time with working out is how he said it. It could not have gone from basketball to checking out of a marriage in such a short span of time, couldn’t it?
