According to an exclusive cover issue from Star Magazine, Will Smith has cheated on wife Jada Pinkett Smith with his ‘sexy’ 23-year-old co-star Margot Robbie in New Orleans while filming Focus.
This would explain Jada stepping out without her wedding ring at an event in Beverly Hills the other day, but how accurate is this report? Let’s examine the details provided by Star. They have several pictures of Will with his Focus co-star Margot Robbie, and to be fair to them, those pictures would look fairly incriminating to any outsider. Margot’s lifting up her shirt, and Will has his hands all over her – and he looks absolutely hammered.
However, these photos were also taken at a set party for the film, which means that in addition to Will and Margot, the party was filled with their other co-stars, producers, crew, and everyone else working on the film. Would Will really be stupid enough to cheat on his wife with such a big audience?
Nevertheless, Star’s source claims that Will and Margot weren’t exactly hiding their affection for each other, explaining, “Once they pulled back the curtain to take the pictures, they let their inhibitions run wild, laughing, hugging and nuzzling each other in the dark. They were hanging all over each other, laughing like they were a new couple in love.” Apparently, after the party, “Will and Margot never showed up back on set or attended the night’s festivities with the rest of the crew. After they left the party, they were gone all night. This was absolutely cheating in my book.”
Will is not the only A-lister that Margot Robbie has been linked to; while filming The Wolf of Wall Street, she was also incessantly linked to Leonardo DiCaprio, which ended up being false. So how much truth is there to Star’s story?
While I don’t necessarily believe that Will and Margot would be so outright and public with their affection [if they actually were even hooking up in the first place], it also seems like there is trouble between Will and Jada. Why would she step out without her wedding ring otherwise, knowing it will cause people to talk? Also, even if those photobooth photos were just in good fun, they certainly don’t look like photos taken of co-stars who are ‘just friends’. But what do I know? Maybe co-stars that play romantic interests need to be that close in real life?
