American Ninja Warrior NBC’s obstacle course competition airs tonight with a new episode called “Dallas Qualifying”. On tonight’s show competition in Dallas includes Tilting Table, Ring Toss and Swinging Frames.
On the last episode in the first round of qualifying from Venice Beach, California, competitors tackled ten obstacles in the qualifying round including three brand new obstacles; the Slack Ladder, the Jumping Bars Into Cargo and the Cannonball Alley. Olympian rower Susan Francia and luger Kate Hanson tackled the course along with Ninja veteran David Campbell. Did you watch last week’s episode? On tonight’s episode “American Ninja Warrior” travels to Dallas, Texas where competitors tackle ten obstacles including the brand new Tilting Table, Ring Toss and Swinging Frames. Olympic gymnast Johnny Horton and Olympic bobsledder Johnny Quinn will compete along with “American Ninja Warrior” veteran Brent Steffenson. Kacy Catanzaro, girlfriend of Steffenson, returns as one of the strongest women in the competition. Competitors in this rigorous obstacle course competition series vie for a chance to win a cash prize of $500,000 and the title “American Ninja Warrior.” Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbaja Biamila host as Jenn Brown co-hosts.

Tonight’s episode of America Ninja Warrior kicks off in Dallas, Texas with another round of qualifiers. In Dallas tonight the obstacle course includes the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jump, the ring toss, and the 14 foot warped wall.
The first contestant to try to complete the course is 25 year old Lauren Inmon. Lauren makes it past the quintuple steps, unfortunately she falls off from the log grip and is out of the competition.
The next runner to attempt the course is Olympic bobsledder Johnny Quinn. Quinn breezes through the quintuple steps and the log grip, the tilting table, unfortunately he falls during the swing jump and doesn’t complete the course.
Michael Moore, a 56 year old internet entrepreneur is attempting the course next. He is determined to be the oldest American Ninja Warrior. Moore makes it through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. Unfortunately he can’t make it up the warped wall.
Up next is Matthew Stinon, a 29 year old farmer from Arkansas. Matthew pushes through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the titling table, and the swing jump. Unfortunately he falls during the ring toss.
Amber Johnson is competing next. Two years ago she weighed in at 189 pounds and then she decided to get healthy and be the next American Ninja Warrior. She has been training for two years with American Ninja alum Sam Sann. Amber begins the course and breezes through the quintuple steps, unfortunately the log grip gets the best of her and she falls into the water below. Amber Johnson is out of the competition.
Up next is Samantha Guthrie, a 31 year old stay-at-home mom. Samantha makes it through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jumps, unfortunately she doesn’t make it through the ring toss and falls into the water.
Karsten Williams is up next. Last year he tried out for American Ninja Warrior, and was out early when he fell during the quintuple steps. Tonight he breezes through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jump and the ring toss. On the second attempt he scales the warped wall and is the first Ninja to complete the entire course.
American Ninja Warrior alum Nika Muckelroy is up next. Last season she made it farther than any other woman ever has on the course, but unfortunately she couldn’t conquer the warped wall. Tonight she breezes through the quintuple steps, and the log grip. Unfortunately she falls during the tilting table and drops to the ground screaming in pain. It doesn’t look like she will be conquering the warped wall tonight.
Up next is Olympic gymnast Jonathan Horton. Jonathan cruises through the quintuple steps, the tilting table, the log grip, and unfortunately falls during the ring toss and doesn’t complete the course.
Sam Sann is up next, he’s an American Ninja Warrior and he trains other Nina competitors. Sam breezes through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. Sam Sann climbs the warped wall on the first attempt and completes the course with ease.
Up next is Rocky Thomas, a gospel rapper. He runs through the quintuple steps and unfortunately falls on the log grip, not even coming close to completing the course.
Mark Morgan is up next, he is a 54 year old hair stylist and MMA coach. Mark pushes through the quintuple steps and the log grip, unfortunately he is out during the tilting table. Mark’s son Jeremy gives it a whirl next, and breezes through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. Unfortunately he can’t make it up the warped wall.
Kevin Klein runs the flags for the Dallas Cowboys by day, and trains for American Ninja Warrior at night. Klein runs through the quintuple steps, the log drop, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. He scales the warped wall on his first attempt and completes the course in just 1:33, landing him the best time of the night.
American Ninja Warrior alum Tremayne Dortch is up next. Tremayne runs through the quintuple steps, the log drop, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. He tackles the warped wall and scales it on his first attempt, completing the course in 2:05, one of the fastest times of the night.
Next up is NCAA gymnast Kacy Catanzaro, although she is on 5 Ft. tall she is determined to be the first woman to conquer the warped wall. She rushes through the quintuple steps, the log grip, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. On her second attempt Kacy scales the fourteen foot high warped wall and makes American Ninja Warrior history.
Kacy’s boyfriend and trainer Brent Steffensen, an American Ninja Warrior alum tries his luck on the Dallas course next. He rushes through the quintuple steps, the log drop, the tilting table, the swing jump. Unfortunately he slips up on the ring toss and doesn’t complete the course.
Up next is a rookie named Dillon Gates, a 21 year old student and Brent’s training partner. Dillon rushes through the quintuple steps, the log drop, the tilting table, the swing jump, and the ring toss. Dillon runs straight up the warped wall and masters it on his first attempt. He finishes the course in 1:31 and takes the best time for the night.
