American Ninja Warrior, NBC’s obstacle course competition airs tonight with a new episode called “National Finals in Vegas.” On tonight’s show the contestants tackle a four-stage course modeled after a Japanese mountain as the Las Vegas finals continue.

On tonight’s episode “American Ninja Warrior” the finals of “American Ninja Warrior” continue from Las Vegas, Nevada where the top finishers from the regional finals tackle the ultimate challenge – a four stage course modeled after ‘Mount Midoriyama’ in Japan. Competitors will attempt Stage One, with new obstacles the Piston Road and Silk Slider.

RECAP: First up tonight is Courtney Venuti, she is a parkour instructor and was super close to complete the course in Miami, though the warped wall completely messed her up;she is really happy getting this chance to compete. She makes it over the pistons and jumps for the gian ring and completely misses it; she didn’t even reach it whatsoever.
Next up is Michael Needham and owns his own gym, he is nervous about the jumping spider with being much shorter then must men; though he has been practicing some new techniques. He rushes over the pistons and swings over the giant ring, now to the silk slider Micahel slides down and sticks the landing. Now it’s the jumping spider, Michael runs and his technique failed as his left leg slipped.
Next up is Robert Ing and he started as a walk on this year, he really likes training for ninja warrior and that people are now noticing him on the streets. he rushes over the pistons and flies by the giant ring; now at the silk slider Robert lands perfectly and is now at the jumping spider; he jumps off the trampoline and lands it. He now rushes past the half pipe and makes it up the warped wall on his first shot. Robert then rushes over the spinning bridge and sadly falls down.
Next up is Jamie Rahn, he worked hard to decide what he wanted to down with his hair this year; so he liked the big green wild one the best.He rushes over the pistons and swings pass the ring fast. Now on the silk slider Jamie almost touches the water, now he jumps and fails on the jumping spider.
Next up is Kyle Cochran and he got engaged to her this year, he made an amazing proposal for his girl that would impress any woman. He speeds through the pistons and the big ring; now he lands the silk slider perfectly. Now at the jumping spider and lands it; though fails right on the half pipe.
Next up is Ben Melick, he is a stunt performer and rushes over the pistons fast and spins over the ring fast. Now to the silk slider which he lands perfectly, now to the jumping spider which he fails at completely.
Next up is Vadym Kuvakin, he is a former Olympian and he used to be a gymnast for many years and even be part of Cirque du Solei and broke his neck; though it has healed and now he is doing this to prove that he can overcome his own injury. Vadym rushes over the pistons and now passes by the ring and hits the silk slider; Vadym goes down and lands it perfectly and heads to the jumping spider; Vadym now lands it perfectly. He rushes past the half pipe and makes it up the wapred wall on his first try. Sadly he fails at the spinning bridge.
Next up is Yen Chen, after his mother died he was very depressed; he grew up in a very traditional Chinese household and realized that he could do something with his life. He started to become a complete human being, he is afraid of heights and started rock climbing to conquer it; he wants to prove to himself that he can succeed. Yen rushes over the pistons and swings over the ring fast. Now t othe silk slider and almost falls in the water, now to the jumping spider and rushes fast to make up his lost time on taking his time. Rushes past the half pip and now the warped wall which he makes up his first shot; now he goes to the spinning bridge and no w to the final climb; Yen is the first man to complete the course today.
Next up is David Campbell and he considers himself one of the best, he even fell off on the spinning bridge last year; though his goal has been to get the fastest time on every round. David rushes through the pistons and the ring; though he slides into the water on the silk slider.
Next up is Rob Moravsky, a lot of people start coming up to him and the ladies are treating him super well and he’s loving it all; Rob says it’s exciting being here and keeps it all business right now. He gets past the pistons and the ring, now to the silk slider and lets it perfectly. Now the jumping spider and fails.
Next up is Elet Hall and he rushes fast by the pistons and the ring, he now the silk slider which he lands perfectly. Now to the jumping spider he nails it and runs past the half pipe. Now he gets over the wapred wall on his first shot and over the spinning bridge. Elet Hall completes the course with the fastest time yet.
Next up is Thaddeus Robeck, he is a race car driver; he loves rock climbing, doing parkour and kendo; he loves American Ninja Warrior because it really brings out all the things he loves. Thaddeus is over the pistons fast and swings over the ring with en impressive jump. Now to the silk slider he goes down and hits the water.
Next up Kevin Bull who amazed with his take on the cannon ball alley course, he rushes over the pistons and makes it past the ring quick. Now to the silk slider and lands into the water.
Next up is Jaret Harris who failed last year at the warped wall, but has practised using weight on his body to make sure he can achieve it easily. He rushes past the pistons and the ring; landing the silk slider perfeclty he moves on to the jumping spider which he almost fell on. He runs right pas the half pipe, now to the warped wall; he runs up and makes it his second try; now he rushes past the spinning bridge which he falls off at the end.
Next up is Jon Stewart who is 52 and the oldest competitor to take on this course, he believes everyone is capable of amazing things and that age shouldn’t hold you back from what you want to do. Jon gets past the pistons and past the ring; now to the silk slider he loses his grip and hits the water.
Next up is Brian Arnold and he feels so much pressure being the person who has made it the farthest on the course in history of the show, he truly believes that this year is his year to make it to the top. Brian blasts past the pistons and the ring and lands the silk slider in a very sloppy way. Now to the jumping spider Brian lands it perfectly, then runs right by the half pipe to the warped wall which he makes on his first shot; he now gets to the spinning bridge which he almost fails on. Now at the final climb, Brian completes the course.
Last up tonight is Kacy Catanzaro, the first woman to ever complete the qualifiers and the city finals; she has had her life changed over it and has been introduced to a bunch of new things which she loves. Kacy gets over the pistons and reaches the ring; now she is on the silk slider and lands it while losing her grip. Now to the jumping spider, Kacy jumps and galls into the water; she couldn’t lock it in.
