On tonight’s episode of Arrow, Oliver has gotten himself a stalker. And though his super fan is incredibly dangerous – to him and possibly herself – at least she’s paying attention to him. Oliver’s love life has been in a downward spiral since episode 1 of the newest season. Just when he and Felicity were finally going to be cementing their relationship – it actually crashed before they even got to the good part. So now Oliver is single and as for Felicity; she has been checking out her new boss.

Ray is smart, charitable, and has the body of an Adonis. Basically an Oliver without all of the terrible personal issues getting in the way. And recently Ray has invited Felicity to dinner. He says it for work but he’s also been eyeing her from day one. So who know what dinner might mean in the end!

If Oliver can see the possibilities then why shouldn’t anyone else. Felicity had tried to play the dinner thing off when she told Oliver she was going to need to be free that night. However, he was clearly on edge when he told her she could do whatever she wanted.

He still has feelings for her and its hurting him that she’s obviously moving on. Diggle had later picked up on the tension and he decided to have a chat with Felicity. He told her that her actions were causing Oliver to doubt himself. Diggle she doesn’t mean it but her “dinner” with Ray has Oliver distracted. And that’s the worst thing he could be out on a job.

You see the woman that is interested in him. The one that looks all sweet and nice. Well, she can never be Oliver’s type. It turns out she’s serial killer. So that on top of the whole stalking him business has kind of written her off as a potential girlfriend.

Apparently, Carrie Cutter is so obsessed with the Arrow – she tried to grab the his attention by killing her way through Starling City’s scum of the earth.

But her actions aren’t entirely her fault. It seems Ms. Cutter suffers from an Attachment Disorder. As a result of that, she’ll never be able to form healthy and productive relationships. Nor will she recognize any wrongdoing in her own actions.

So she’ll just continue to take her crushes to the extreme. She did it with a former partner and now she’s set her sights on Oliver. She killed to be notice and once she was done with that – she took stalking to a whole new level.

Cupid, as she’s calling herself, wants to know the Arrow’s hiding spot. So she enlisted a hacker into finding it for her. Then she killed him after he had provided her the address to Thea’s club.

Later, Oliver had Diggle interrupt Felicity’s date. The guys needed help in finding out what Cupid had wanted from the hacker. But when they realized she how far she would go to meet Oliver in person – Oliver made a decision to go through the meeting. Just not at Thea’s.

So she told him about their special place. Oliver had saved her life sometime back and it was because of that she grew to be obsess with him. And the place where he saved her is what she refers to as their special place.
As you can see, Cupid was delusional!

And, sadly, she was too far gone to help. Oliver’s attempts at disarming her got him nowhere. He was going to use her feelings against her but she had seen through his ploy. And once she realized he didn’t love her like she wanted him to – she attempted to kill both of them in a murder/suicide plot.

Luckily, Oliver was able to save both of their lives but his actions came at a cost. He has injured himself saving crazy and he had lost precious time in dealing with her. Because by the time he made it o Felicity’s office to possibly take back the “I don’t think we can be together” speech – he had already lost her.

He walked in and saw her kissing Ray. And Roy ended up losing out in this episode as well. The new DJ Thea hired has thing for her and she’s not exactly pushing him away.

THE END!
