Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette hasn’t even aired yet this Spring, and the Bachelor producers are already planning their next Bachelor spinoff. In a recent press release ABC revealed the Bachelor spin-off series, Bachelor In Paradise, will be premiering in the Summer of 2014.
According to ABC, here’s what Bachelor fans can expect from the new reality series, “Some of The Bachelor’s biggest stars and villains are back. They all left The Bachelor or The Bachelorette with broken hearts, but now they know what it really takes to find love, and on Bachelor in Paradise they’ll get a second chance to find their soul mates.”
So, basically have you ever been watching The Bachelor and thought to yourself, ‘Wow! That girl that Juan Pablo just sent home would have been a perfect match for ex-bachelor Jef Holms?’ Well, that is exactly what the Bachelor producers have done, is throw together random Bachelors and Bachelorettes from the last ten years’ worth of shows, that still have not found love, in hopes that the will fall for each other. Information on the series is still limited, but multiple sources have reported that this will be nothing like the Bachelor Pad spin-off, there will be no prize money or competitions, Bachelor Paradise is strictly a dating reality show.
Everyone is dying for ABC to reveal the Bachelor Paradise cast line-up. Aren’t you curious which Bachelors and Bachelorettes will be returning to our televisions this summer? Reality Steve our favorite Bachelor blogger and spy has released a list of possible cast members. His Bachelor Paradise dream team list included: Jef Holms, Ashlee Frazier, Michelle Money, Chris Bukowski, Courtney Robertson, and Arie Luyendyk Jr. Obviously ABC is going to cast a few members of Season 18 of The Bachelor, that we got to know before Juan Pablo sent them packing.
A lot of those girls have built quite a presence on social media since The Bachelor drama, in my opinion the girls that would bring the most buzz to the new spinoff series would be Sharleen Joynt, Kelly Travis, and Claire Crawley. Honestly, after travelling around the world for weeks with Juan Pablo, I think all of those girls deserve a “do over” after JP turned their season into a complete sham (well, bigger sham than most series of The Bachelor).
