When a man looks like Juan Pablo and decides to appear on The Bachelor, the likelihood of him being a douche is very high. He can pretend that he’s looking for commitment and that he’s waiting for the ‘One’, he can even be a wonderful father, but is his quest for love all pretend?
According to Bachelorette Season 8 winner Jef Holm, Juan’s not the nice guy that he’s pretending to be on the Bachelor. Granted, I think every Bachelor contestant is faking it to some degree, but according to Jef, Juan’s the sleaziest Bachelor to ever come on the air so far. Um, jealous much?
Jef explains that ‘very few good things‘ are said about Juan, and adds, “I think he’s by far the sleaziest Bachelor that’s been on the show. He basically just hooks up with the girls. I actually don’t know of any good things that have been said about him. He likes the attention, he likes the fame, he likes the girls to kiss him and hang out, and I just think people read through it a lot.”
Well, didn’t he just describe every single Bachelor contestant every in that sentence? If you’re agreeing to broadcast your love life to the whole world for the chance of fame and glory, you probably don’t really care about finding the ‘one’ anyway. And really, is Jef one to talk? Are any of them? I feel like there’s a lot more to Jef’s comments, and it was probably in no small part inspired by jealousy. Jef’s jealous that Juan Pablo’s getting all this attention, and he’s jealous that he never got the same kind of publicity. Granted, Juan’s already proved himself to be pretty untrustworthy on the show, but again, isn’t it a given considering his position?
