Below Deck returns to Bravo tonight with a new episode of its second season. On tonight’s episode called, “Bitchy Resting Face” the Ohana crew struggles to pull off an elaborate and elegant “White Party”.
On the last episode, with some of his crew furious about the distribution of tip money, Captain Lee had to make a decision about how to handle Andrew. Stunned by an unexpected critique, Kate jeopardized the whole charter, and her yachting career, when she took matters into her own hands. Did you watch the last episode? On tonight’s episode the Ohana crew struggles to pull off an elaborate and elegant “White Party” for their charter guests, but they’re very worried the combined fury of an angry Mother Nature and an even angrier Kate may ruin everything.

RECAP: Tonight’s episode of Below The Deck begins with the stewardesses and the deckhands at war. Kate folded a “rocket-ship” on the foot of one of the guests’ beds. Her rocket-ship looked a lot more like a penis than it did a rocket-ship, and the guest is fuming. Eddie is upset that she cost them their tips for this voyage. Later, Amy heads down to the break-room and rants to Eddie and their crew that instead of sitting around they could help the stewardesses. Eddie is fed up, first Kate upset the guests and now the stewardesses expect them to help do their jobs. Since Andrew left the deck-hands are a man down, they don’t have time to do the stewardesses jobs for them. Up on deck the disgruntled guest complains to Captain Lee that someone left a penis on his bed.
Captain Lee calls Kate in to his office, she says that she made his bed but she lies and says that she didn’t leave the penis, and blames it on someone else. Lee tells her to go talk to the other stewardesses and find out who left the penis on the bed. Lee calls Eddie in to his office, and Eddie says that it was Kate that left the rocketship/penis on his bed. Amy heads to Captain Lee’s office and shows him pictures of the blanket penis on the bed.
Amy and Kat gossip while they are cleaning the rooms, they hear Lee call Kate up to his office again on the walkie talkie. Lee shows her the picture and tells her to stop lying, he knows that she left the blanket like that on purpose. Kate cops to it, and says that she is a victim here because the guests were telling her she had a “bitchy face.” Lee doesn’t want to hear it, he wants to know why she lied to him. Lee tells her that she needs to apologize to the guest face to face for the rocketship/penis.
Eddie is trying to clean the deck, and is still fuming over Kate’s blanket folding stunt. Jennice and Kelley are stressing him out on top of it, he is short-handed and they aren’t getting any work done because they spend all day flirting. Down below Kat is trying to throw together an extravagant white party to smooth things over with the guests so that they don’t lose their tip.
Kate takes Dean’s dinner up to him, and apologizes to him for the rocketship/penis. Dean doesn’t really say anything, after Kate pours her heart out he says “okay” and walks away. The guests want a private beach party, so the stewardesses go above and beyond for the white party and are determined to win the guests back over before they get their tip. The only problem is the weather is their worst enemy, and once they get to the beach they have to turn around and rush back to the boat to get out of the rain. Amy rushes to finish fixing their dinner table on the deck. And, then a huge storm rolls in so they have to take the dinner down and set it up inside.
Jennice is conflicted because she has a boyfriend back home, but she is starting to like Kelley. While she is sitting on the deck in the middle of the night, Kelley comes up on deck and kisses her and then walks back down stairs. She is shocked, and says “now things just got complicated.”
The guests have been drinking all day long, and they are getting needy. While the men dance around in their sparkly underwear, the girls demand a marguerita and pepperoni pizza. Ben is already in bed, so Eddie decides to whip up the pizza for them. Eddie is sure that his “spectacular pizzas” are going to save the charter and get them a really good tip.
Down in the laundry room Kelley confesses to Amy that he kissed Jennice, but she pushed him away from her. Amy gives him a pep-talk and says that she didn’t full blown reject him, and she tells him that she is proud of him for putting himself out there like that.
Fit’s the final day of the charter, and Ben is preparing the guests’ final breakfast. Dean and two of the guests are leaving early, the crew meets him on deck to say good-bye and send them off. Dean reveals that he enjoyed the penis/rocketship blanket joke, and the he thought it was hilarious. He leaves Captain Lee a huge envelope full of cash for their tip. Captain Lee takes the remaining guests to the harbor, and the crew lines up to say their good-byes.
Once the guests are gone Captain Lee calls the stewardesses and deckhands down for a meeting. He admits that Dean was a tough guest, but he expects more from them. Captain Lee reveals the Dean left them a $18,000 tip, so everyone gets $1800.00. They are all ecstatic that they got such a huge tip. Everyone heads up on deck and Kate stays behind to talk to Captain Lee. Kate explains that the reason she lied was because all of her co-workers started turning on her, Captain Lee reminds her that the crime was in the cover-up not the actual crime. Kate says the won’t go anything like that again, and Captain Lee says that they are going to put the rocketship/penis behind them and move on.
