Week 5 of Big Brother 16 is coming to a close, and on Thursday July 31st the houseguests will vote to evict either Jocasta or Amber.

Week 5 kicked off with Zach and Frankie winning the Head of Household competition and BB16 spoilers revealed that the Battle of the Block competition was held and Zach was dethroned and Frankie was crowned the reigning HOH for the week. Frankie’s predictable nominations included Victoria and Jocasta; however, Hayden won the Power of Veto ceremony and Big Brother 16 spoilers tease that Hayden used the veto to save Victoria.
According to Big Brother 16 spoilers, after Hayden pulled Victoria off the block, Frankie put Amber up for eviction in her place. Caleb and Amber were convinced for the majority of the week that Amber was safe. Unbeknownst to them, the rest of the players in the BB16 house had different plans, and are planning to backdoor Amber and send her home on Thursday July 31st.
The Big Brother 16 live feeds spoilers revealed that on July 29th, Zach finally broke the news to Caleb that they would be voting out his “queen” during the live evictions ceremony this week. Zach, always the manipulator, informed Caleb that they were voting Amber out because she was scheming to get Caleb evicted. Caleb is now furious that Amber was planning on betraying him, and the entire house is walking on eggshells around them. The tension in the BB16 house right now is so thin you could slice it with a knife.
So, as of right now, it looks like Jocasta will squeak by another week and Amber will be voted out of the house during the Week 5 live eviction ceremony. But it is Big Brother and anything can happen. Within the next twenty-four hours the house may have a change of heart and decide to keep Amber around. What do you think, BB16 fans?
