As we approach the very end of Big Brother 16, the odds of each finalist winning generally go up. In this particular season 16 of Big Brother, we are pretty much looking at a one man race. Though nobody wants to say so out loud, Big Brother 16 spoilers show that Derrick is going to win the finale unless he happens to get kicked out by Cody winning final HOH and doesn’t make the final 2. Of course for that to happen, Cody will have to win final HOH over Derrick first and then completely change his thinking from where it is now. That is a whole bunch of changing, but we will see.
In the meantime, let’s look at the odds of each contestant winning Big Brother 16:
Victoria – 10 percent
Victoria is actually rather highly rated as far as making the finale. Both contestants should be looking to take her to the final two and that is a pretty good bet to happen. With that said, the key is whether she is up against Derrick or Cody. Either guy should crush her, but she has absolutely no chance sitting next to Derrick. Ironically she should be cheering for Cody rather than Derrick and I don’t think she has a clue about that. Victoria would have trouble beating Cody or Derrick, but at least with Cody she would have a Hail Mary chance.
Cody – 40 percent
The only reason that Cody sits this high is because he is facing Derrick in the final of the HOH competition. It assumes he wins and then ditches his partner in crime to face off against Victoria. If he instead takes Derrick, you may as well drop this number by at least half. Cody will have a great chance to win the game if he is smart and goes to the finals with Victoria. Cody has to win the final HOH to have any chance at all in my mind.
Derrick – 50 percent
Derrick is hinging entirely on making it to the final two. If he gets there, he will win. It really is as simple as that. Nobody can compete with him and his gameplay this Big Brother season. Fortunately for Derrick, it doesn’t appear that Cody has any clue about that. In the end, he needs to simply have a seat. If he does, he is going to win a half million dollars in a landslide vote.
Big Brother 16 has been an awesome season but it has been a bit boring in the gameplay. Hopefully in the years to come they will put out some seriously powerful players that will take some chances. Devin was maddening in the game, but at least he kept things jumping. They need more players like that to keep the season interesting.
