Botched continues tonight with a new episode called, “Boob Freak!.” On tonight’s episode, a personal trainer is willing to take extreme measures to remove a head scar.

On tonight’s episode a personal trainer is willing to take extreme measures to remove a head scar, while a cancer survivor asks the doctors to make her botched reconstructive breasts look natural again.

Tonight on Botched Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif encounter an exploded breast implant, help a personal trainer who will go through extreme measures to remove a head scar.
In tonight’s episode we meet Mike who has an 11 inch monster scar on the back of his head. Mike is from a small town in Michigan and due to his love for personal training he moved to LA. When Mike was 23 his hairline began to recede which in Michigan wasn’t a big deal but once he arrived in LA became a huge issue. Mike found a surgeon online in Beverly Hills who did nothing but hair restoration, sounds like a good deal… not so much. Turns out the surgeon wasn’t really a doctor in Beverly Hills but just had a makeshift office to appear to have a practice in Beverly Hills. Mike says the doctor took a huge chunk from the back of his head to restore the hair in the front and low and behold the surgery was botched.
Mike goes in to meet with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif and tells them his surgery horror story and shows his monster scar. Dr. Dubrow points out that Mike’s look are very important because of his profession. Mike explains that people usually think he had brain surgery or that he had some major accident and he feels like a jerk telling them its from plastic surgery.
Both doctors examine the scar and give Mike 2 options which include to just cut it out and close it or to put an implant in his head to help stretch the skin in order to cut it out. Mike interprets this as the doctors wanting to put a boob implant in his head. The doctors say the option with the boob implant is Mike’s best bet. They then focus his attention on his muscles and Dr. Nassif says his workout plan includes running to the dinner table.
Next we meet Michelle who says she was very pretty as a young girl but never felt pretty. She says she was born in a strict religious household so her only outlet was animals. She says her dad bought her her 1st pony when she was 8 and she had a freak accident with a horse. The horse reared up and hit her in the face and destroyed the right side of her face. She said it took 2 years and 10 procedures to correct the damage but she never felt like a whole person. She eventually ended up going to the Philippines to get a facelift and a cleft chin to distract people from her disfigured face. Now she wants Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif to remove the cleft in her chin. She says she wants to get the surgery because “The prettier you look the better people treat you.”
Mike goes in for his surgery with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif and brings his friend along this time. His friend finds it pretty funny that he’s getting a boob in the back of his head. Dr. Nassif explains that it’s rare for he and Dr. Debrow to do a surgery like this together although their great friends. During this surgery the doctors place the breast implant in his head so that it will allow the skin to expand. The surgery goes well but the real test is how Mike will fare walking around with a breast implant in the back of his head.
Meanwhile we meet Cynthia who js a breast cancer survivor. She is a self proclaimed boob freak who wanted breasts ever since she was a little girl. Cynthia had reconstructive surgery and was left a bunch of scars which she tried to cover up with a lotus flower tattoo. She says when she was young she was like a little Jon Bonet for her parents which isn’t weird at all. She goes on to say when she got breast as a young girl she was excited and loved every minute of it. In 2006 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to have a mastectomy. She says on the morning of her surgery she had a team of doctors which included a plastic surgery. She said the plastic surgery never mentioned that she would be losing a nipple. Later she decided to get breast implants and a fake 3D nipple. When it was all said and done the nipple turned out to be 2D and her left breast began to flatten. Cynthia who is now empowered by her journey has now decided to attack her botched surgery head on and marks her decision by throwing away her fake chicken cutlet she wears in her braw.
Cynthia goes in to meet Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif and tells them all about her horrible mastectomy. They all agree that the surgery was awful but it great that she has been cancer free for 5 years. Dr. Nassif says its the best time to correct the botched surgery. Dr. Dubrow advises that they should work on both breast in order to completely fix the surgery and to make each breast symmetrical. Cynthia agrees and says she just wants to feel comfortable wearing a bikini.
Mike comes in for a 7 day check in and he says it definitely feels like he has a boob implant in his head. Dr. Dubrow says his head looks great and its ready for saline to inflate the tissue expander in his head. Mike is really uncomfortable during this procedure and says he feels too much pressure. Dr. Nassif worries that too much saline can expand the tissue too much and pop the stitches. Although Mike is in pain he joke that he feels perfect.
Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif see Michelle next who wants her cleft removed. She tells them of the trauma to her face and her last procedure which was just a year ago. Dr. Dubrow worries that another surgery can cause more damage because her last surgery is so fresh. Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow tell Michele how beautiful she is and that more surgery is definitely not what she needs. So she leaves the office saying she just has to be comfortable with herself and accept her looks. Hopefully she doesn’t hop on another plane to the Philippines in the near future.
It’s surgery time for Cynthia who is getting reconstructive surgery on her botched implants. Dr. Dubrow finds a few cysts and an exploded implant. He says it was fortunate for Cynthia that she had this surgery because the ruptured implant could have caused major damage to the rest of her body. He successfully removes the old implants and replaces them.
Mike comes in with his mom this time for the surgery that will remove the boob implant and finally remove the awful scar he originally came in for. Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif found that the expander is now a nice full c-cup. They take the expander out and cut the scar out and close up the incision. Dr. Dubrow worries that he may have shock loss that results in hair falling out for about 6 to 8 months. Dr. Nassif says the best case scenario is that hair will grow over the incision they made.
Cynthia comes in for her post surgery check up and complains of pain but tells Dr. Dubrow she doesn’t want to take her pain medication. Dr. Dubrow prescribes a different set of meds for Cynthia to take. He calls himself her surgical bar tender and gives her meds that will take the pain away and knock her out which makes Cynthia happy.
Mike says his head is healing but it still still hurts and is numb in some places. He was hoping for a smooth easy surgery but was surprised that it wasn’t although he’s happy with the result so dar.
Meanwhile Cynthia is super excited to finally wear a bikini and show her friends her new body. She comes out for the big reveal and her friends are amazed at how great she looks. Her husband thank Doctor Dubrow for giving his wife her sexy back. They all toast to her brand new breast!
