Singer and author Cody Simpson danced a Tango, on tonight’s season 18 episode 2 of Dancing with the Stars. The show kicks off with a show-stopping opening number choreographed by Mandy Moore featuring the entire cast followed by an announcement that is not to be missed! On tonight’s show each couple will perform a dance style of the celebrities choosing including Swing, Tango, Jive, Salsa, Samba, Rumba and the Cha Cha. The couples face the first nerve-racking round of elimination. Additionally, “The Switch Up” begins and voting guidelines will be revealed live. For the first time ever, America will be given the power to vote and change celebrity and professional dance pairings.
On last episode Cody performed a Cha Cha Cha and Bruno loved it saying, “You are the poster couple for youth. I feel exuberated watching you too. All the cool stuff you do well, but the basic Cha Cha watch. You have charisma by the truckload.

For the future I would love to see you with someone taller.” Len: “It could have been a little more compact. Anyone who can fit a moonwalk into a tango, well done!” Bruno: “When you are right on it you are hypnotic. I can see you put a lot of work into this. I loved the moon walk. I think the problem is you leaned forward. I really liked what I saw.”
