Unless you have been living in a cave for the last twenty-four hours then you are most likely aware of pop-sensation Justin Bieber’s latest escapades. After Bieber egged his neighbor’s house and allegedly caused $20,000 in damages (apparently he has quite the arm on him), LA police raided his Los Angeles mansion and found what was thought to be cocaine and later was identified as Molly and Xanax. Luckily for Bieber his right-hand man Lil Za took one for the team and claimed the drugs were his. Considering Bieber’s demeanor as of late, no one was really too shocked by all of this.
The shocking part about Bieber’s latest run-in with the police is the mob of teen Beliebers rallying behind him and supporting him. Since the police raided Bieber’s LA home, the phrase “We are with you Justin,” has been trending off-and-on throughout the day on Twitter. Despite the solid evidence that Justin Bieber vandalized someone’s home and had illegal hard drugs on his property, his fans are standing by their man, and offering their condolences to him via social networking websites.
Justin Bieber’s fans, who refer to themselves as “Beliebers” are not only still supporting the singer, but desperately attempting to make him appear like a victim in this situation. Justin’s young fans are so consumed and obsessed with him, that they honestly believe Justin has done nothing wrong.
It is truly scary how much of an influence Justin Bieber has on his young fans, and it is even scarier how many fans he has. With nearly 49 million Twitter followers, Justin Bieber has assembled an army of brainwashed and easily influenced teens. And, thanks to his recent escapades, there are 49 million Beliebers running around that think it is cool to vandalize people’s houses and do cocaine, Molly, Xanax and break the law.
