Kate Middleton is finally expected to leave the confines of her parent’s Bucklebury home and Kensington Palace in broad daylight to attend several official royal-sanctioned events in London this week, the Palace confirms. The official statement also confirmed that Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are expecting an baby with an April due date – the gender of the baby was not announced. Kate and Prince William are expected to visit the Royal Garden Hotel in London to receive the President of the Republic of Singapore on behalf of Queen Elizabeth and then attend both the ceremonial welcome at the Horse Guards parade and the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Awards ceremony at the Natural History Museum on October 21.
Honestly, I’m a bit surprised that Kate is up and running after a month of her morning sickness condition worsening, but perhaps the royal pressure to buck up became too much to handle. Plus, Kate Middleton and Prince William did sneak out last week to go see a doctor under the cover of dark, and Kate received the news that she was having a baby girl. It’s possible that the good news temporarily reinvigorated Kate from her sickness-induced stupor and hibernation. Still, doing two back-to-back events in London is sure to drain Kate Middleton, although she should be thanking her lucky stars she doesn’t have to travel all the way to Singapore.
Right now, the only thing we know for sure – that the palace confirmed in a press release – is that Kate Middleton’s due date is in April. We also suspect that Will and Kate are having a baby girl, although that probably won’t be confirmed until Kate is in the hospital, giving birth. However, now that Kate Middleton is up and running again, how long do you think it’ll be before the royals are using her baby bump for publicity purposes? One week? One month? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
Update: We will be updating this post as more photos of pregnant Kate Middleton and the royal family with the President of Singapore and his wife at today’s festivities become available. You can see a small baby bump on the pregnant princess and it’s nice to see Kate Middleton’s morning sickness is over!
Update: Kate Middleton managed to have a wardrobe malfunction upskirt underwear revealing photo taken AGAIN! What is with the princess? Can’t she ever go out without somehow showing off her butt? Queen Elizabeth isn’t going to be happy about this one!
