Kate Middleton Pregnant or Adopting: Fights Queen Elizabeth Over Pregnancy Wants To ADOPT Second Child

Kate Middleton has been besieged with rumors that she is pregnant or has miscarried  lately. The truth is quite different according to a source from deep within the royal coterie.  On the off chance that you thought that only Camilla Parker-Bowles was getting under Queen Elizabeth’s skin, well, you’d be dead wrong. While it seems that Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth get along quite well the ladies have most certainly had a rough year. Since giving birth to Prince George last July Kate has had just about every member of the royal family try to dictate her parenting style, including Queen Elizabeth. She has a very distinct way that she believes a future heir to the throne needs to be raised and Kate’s plans haven’t always been in sync with her notions.

According to the Aug. 11th print edition of Life & Style Magazine the women have clashed repeatedly but now it seems that Kate has pulled a real fast one that has left Elizabeth reeling. There has been enormous pressure for Kate to have another child very quickly and admittedly, her original plan with William was to hopefully have 3 kids in about 5 years. However, after having such a rough time carrying Prince George Kate has suggested that rather than going through another extremely rough time perhaps adoption is the best idea!

Kate and William have already proven that they are a modern young couple with fairly grounded ideas for how their family should live. Rather than struggle again they could adopt an already existing child that is desperate for a good home. Everyone wins that way- a baby has a loving home and George gets a sibling- well, except for the Queen who completely blew her stack.

According to royal tradition in order for Kate and William’s next child to be considered “a spare” for the throne it needs to carry the royal family’s bloodline. While Kate understands that this is how it has always been, she has also watched Elizabeth budge on many other things and shift the lines to accommodate the needs of a more modern monarchy. Shouldn’t that also perhaps include the possibility of adoption? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
