Kate Middleton is pregnant, tired and needs help, you guys. According to reports, she’s already in the process of hiring full-time help for the second baby, which means that all those stories about her being super hands-on with Prince George? Maybe not so much with the second baby?
It’s unfair, right? Shouldn’t both babies get the same treatment from their mother? George didn’t really get a full-time nanny until several months after his birth, and that only because Kate and Prince William were going to need help on the month-long Australia and New Zealand tour. But now it’s clearly a case of Kate not having the energy to take care of two children, especially following her pregnancy illness.
Sources tell the Daily Mail that the royals have already started looking into full-time help for the second baby, explaining, “It was really hard work with George and there were lots of sleepless nights. So Kate has said she’s going to have help with the next one.”
In other news, Kate and Will are planning to move to their Norfolk home as soon as possible, especially since renovations have been completed at Anmer Hall. And what do some of those renovations include? Oh, just a nanny annex and increased guest space for a battalion of servants to do their every bidding. Ok, fine, I’m exaggerating.
But there IS a nanny annex, and it’s most definitely going to be put to use. In addition to George’s nanny, Maria Borrallo, there’s going to be a cook, the new baby’s nanny, and probably a housekeeping staff, just to start off. I’m not really sure why Maria can’t take care of both babies, but that suggestion probably won’t fly over well with the royals.
