Can I let you guys in on a not-so-little secret? Every single moment of the Kardashians’ lives has been orchestrated by Kris Jenner to garner ratings and rake in money for their crumbling empire. That said, it won’t surprise you to know with absolute certainty that the surprise proposal by Kanye West to Kim Kardashian was planned down to the last itty-bitty detail by his future monster-in-law, Kris Jenner. Of course it was pretty easy to speculate on her involvement but as it turns out Kris actually has admitted to orchestrating the whole lavish proposal while under oath.
You Tube’s co-founder, Chad Hurley leaked a video of the over-the-top proposal shortly after it happened and so of course it has caused the family to sue over the rights to the footage. Kanye’s proposal was originally filmed to be shown on Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s and Hurley infringed upon that business deal. According to RadarOnline Kris told the court that her involvement in planning everything from renting the baseball field, to hiring the orchestra was integral to the evening going off without a hitch.
In other words, this wasn’t Kanye’s doing by any means. This engagement was just another made-for-fake reality-television brought to you by Kris Jenner. So I have to wonder, if Kris was involved in the planning do we really believe that Kim was shocked by Kanye’s proposal? I mean isn’t it much more likely that she would have known exactly what she was getting into so that she was prepared to react on camera accordingly?
