Tonight on VH1 LOVE & HIP HOP continues with a brand new episode called, “Red Alert.” On tonight’s show An Erica Mena performance brings different worlds together as Rich reveals a final truth. Meanwhile, Nick Cannon talks Peter into sealing the deal; Yandy and Mendecees focus on their future; Tahiry and Rashidah face their final showdown.. Did you watch last week’s show? On last week’s episode Joe proposed to Tahiry in Times Square as Rich confronted Cyn and Erica Mena at her book premiere. Saigon and Erica Jean got a blessing while Peter and Amina had a kid crisis. Yandy stayed strong while Tara calls it quits.
On tonight’s show Worlds collide at Erica Mena’s performance as Rich reveals the final truth to Cyn. Nick Cannon convinces Peter to seal the deal while Yandy and Mendecees plot their future. Tahiry and Rashidah meet for their final battle.

Tonight on Love and Hip Hop New York’s season finale, Erica tells Cyn that Rich will be at her show. Cyn tells Erica that Rich is jealous because Erica is Cyn’s girl. Cyn tells Erica that Rich doesn’t show Erica any respect. Erica asks Cyn what they can do about the situation. Meanwhile, Yandy asks Tara to come shoe shopping with her. Tara says that she needs friends like Yandy in her life as she makes the transition into being a single woman. Yandy tells Tara not to worry about her ex, and explore her new world. Yandy then informs Tara that she thinks Tara would be perfect for her new music video. Tara accepts the offer, and the girls purchase their new shoes.
Rich arrives to meet with Peter at Taperia to tell him his plan for Erica. Gunza says that though he doesn’t care for Erica, she does have a large following. Then, Rich tells Gunza that he and Erica have been hooking up. Peter asks Rich if he’s ready to get back together with Erica. Rich says that he’ll see where it goes. Later, Peter talks to Nick about reconciling with Tara. Later, Erica Jean prepares to move in with Saigon. Erica Jean is excited, but Saigon has some rules to lay down. Saigon asks Erica Jean if she’s ever been with a woman, because he’s interested in the possibility of having threesomes every now and then. She laughs it off, and tells Saigon that one of the reasons she likes him is because he makes her laugh.
It’s time for Erica’s show. Tahiry is talking with Rich at the club, when Rashidah asks Tahiry if they can talk in private. Tahiry apologizes to Rashidah for other things she’s done, but still doesn’t appreciate the way Rashidah handled their last confrontation. Rashidah tries to say that she has a problem with what Tahiry does for a living, but Tahiry defends herself, and tells Rashidah it’s not her business to decide what Tahiry needs to be doing with her life. Rashidah disagrees and soon another screaming match ensues. The two continue to exchange jabs which ends with Tahiry leaving the club. After Tahiry leaves, Rich asks Rashidah if she’s okay after the argument. She says she’s fine, just ready to watch Erica perform. Meanwhile, Cyn arrives at the table to hang out with Rashidah and Rich while they wait for Erica to perform. Finally, it’s time for Erica’s performance. Rashidah, Rich, and Cyn cheer Erica on. Eric’as performance goes off without a hitch, and Rashidah and Cyn praise Erica’s job well done.
Rashidah leaves, giving Cyn a chance to talk to Rich about disrespecting her relationship with Cyn. Rich tells her that it’s not his fault if Erica wants to have “relations” with him. She asks him what he means by that, he tells her that he and Erica slept together. Cyn immediately goes to confront Erica about sleeping with Rich backstage. She pulls Erica into a room and confronts her about the accusation. Erica tries walk off, but Cyn isn’t having it. She demands that Erica stay and explain herself. Cyn accuses Erica of still being in love with Rich, and tells her that Rich doesn’t give a shit about her. She also tells Erica that she’s not down with all the drama and breaks up with Erica. Erica is pissed so she goes out into the club to confront Rich. She tells Rich that she can’t work with him anymore because she’s sick of the drama and bullshit. She insults him loudly as she leaves the club, resulting in cheers from other club goers. Rich follows Erica backstage to continue the argument, things get phsyical. Erica has Rich thrown out of the club.
Amina visits Peter, and they discuss their future. He tells Amina that he wants to be with her, but she is still skeptical. She says she doesn’t want to stay together if things aren’t going to change. Peter tells her he was wrong for how he handled things before, and he’s going to try hard to do better. Amina decides to give him another chance. Later, Yandy and the event planner visit possible venues for her upcoming fundraiser. While at the meeting Mendeccee calls Yandy from jail. She asks Mendecee how much longer he thinks he will be in jail. She says it’s hard having him in jail, and not knowing how long he’s going to be “away.” She ends the call, and he asks her to kiss their son for him.
Erica sees Cyn, and Cyn asks her if she’s sleeping with Rich. Erica denies sleeping with him, but Cyn’s still angry about the other night. She tells Erica that she’s sick of everything that’s happened with Rich, and she wants Erica to cut Rich out of her life. Cyn tells Erica she needs time, and that Erica needs to figure out what to do about Rich. Erica tries to convince Cyn to change her mind, but Cyn’s not ready to do that yet. Later, Amina reaffirms her decision to get back with Peter.
